When you book an appointment with Astera Legal Partners, we reserve dedicated time in our schedule exclusively for your consultation. To ensure mutual respect for time:
Punctuality: We guarantee our timely arrival and expect the same from clients.
Grace Period: A 10-minute waiting window is permitted for late arrivals. After this period, the session will be deemed a “no-show” and terminated.
Cancellations:
24-Hour Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid fees.
Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Our service deliverables are based on the information you provide via post-payment questionnaires. Key terms:
Questionnaire Submission:
Once submitted, the provided information becomes final and cannot be revised for the deliverable.
Refunds are not applicable after questionnaire submission.
Outstanding balances (if any) must be settled upon delivery.
Service Bundles (e.g., Premium Packages):
Refunds are void once work on any included service begins (e.g., completed questionnaires, scheduled sessions).
Eligibility: Refunds are only permitted if no services within the bundle have been initiated.
Non-Refundable Services: Document drafting, filed applications, or completed legal submissions.
Disputes: Unresolved concerns may be escalated to support@asteralp.com.
